I (Ron Marden) grew up in a small, wonderful community in central Wisconsin.  My values were formulated by doing chores on the farm, raking leaves, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, delivering news papers, involvement in 4-H, Schultz Brothers "Dime" Store, Boy Scouts (Eagle Scout), Red Owl Store, janitorial services at MSOE, president of inter fraternity council, drafting at EGArtz, president of Glass Express Corvette Club, my church, and the meat and foods industries in which I have served.  I am so thankful for those who have provided those opportunies.

I am grateful for having several terrific mentors through my career with names of Holum, Stahl, Crouser, Leppink, Clark, Lorenz, Handley, Schnoor, Gillespie, Filson, and Urell  being just a few.  My list also includes  my mother (Anita) who raised three children of her own after an early passing of dad and my step-father (Bob) with his three children.  They have been models for my work ethic.  In hind sight, I hadn't realized how tough it was for "Bob and Anita" and what they really provided for our family.  For the past three decades, I have had an understanding wife (Teri) who allowed  me time to devote to my career and to continue that same devotion to our business. 

Marden's Consulting & Service, Inc. was founded in 2000.  The sole consultant in the business is myself and, with few exceptions, all services offered by Marden's are provided by me.  If you call, you will normally be greeted with a  pleasant voice of "Marden's, Teri speaking".  Marden's mission is to provide greater-than-expected services at a reasonable cost.  I possess a penchant for detail, a desire to do-it-right-the-first-time, and a passion to serve.  Upon the completion of an assignment, the legacy Marden's should have left is ..... "we are better for you having been here."
